Bambinelli Sunday

A tradition established by Pope John Paul II to remind families of the birth of Jesus Christ, Bambinelli Sunday takes place on the 3rd Sunday of Advent. Children and their families are invited to bring Baby Jesus from their home Nativity scene to Mass for a blessing. After the homily, Fr. Stephen will call forward everyone who'd like their figurine blessed, give the blessing, then everyone will return to their pews.
